Customizing An Order

If you love a product but you'd like to add your loved one's name, change a word or two, or simply switch the image with one on another item you see, let us know!  We'll see what our designers say & get to work on it right away!

At KDB Gifts and Delights (DBA: KDB Heartstrings) and we want our clients to give a gift that TRULY comes from the heart and what better way to do that than add your touch?

We'll happily design a product card within parameters suitable for the product.

Requested changes MUST be approved by Designer for featured card size and message configuration. Necessary changes to other areas of the card, such as text design / recomposing, will require additional charges and MAY require other upcharges depending on request. The Designer will advise prior to making a draft.  Timeframe of changes can NOT guarantee delivery by holidays; changes could take several days depending on request and que position.

ALL customized order are NON-REFUNDABLE, are limited to ONE revision, & MUST include your final approval in writing on our email form from the Designer at support@KDBHeartstrings.com staff contact PER ORDER*.

*EACH CUSTOMIZED REQUEST MUST HAVE AN INDIVIDUAL APPROVAL EMAIL SENT TO YOUR ASSIGNED KDB DESIGNER UPON FINAL DRAFT, WITH PAYMENT MATCHING DESIGNER'S NEWLY CUSTOMIZED QUOTE.
